As of this morning I have lost THIRTY pounds on this program!! I am so excited! I feel AMAZING!

I am also "just about" another pant size down also. I say "just about" because I can get them on, button and zip them, but they are too tight for comfort. They should fit better in about a week or two.

Itchin' to get MOVIN'!!!

I am so antsy for warmer weather. Which isn't like me AT ALL! Mike even asked me who I was an what I did with his girlfriend...(because I HATE warmer weather). Haha

I just want to get outside and MOVE! I am really wanting a bicycle so that every couple days I can ride it around town for an hour or so.

I don't have much time to go to a gym. I wake up at 4am to work from 5:30-2pm everyday. And then after that it's off to pick up Bee from school, do homework, make dinner...and by that time there isn't much time left before I need to be to bed.

Trying to find time to 'move' is hard... But I'm going to do it!

A little less of me...

When I started this blog I had every intention of keeping up with it. I think I did fairly well during my first attempt at Medifast last summer. However, since I started back on January 3rd, I haven't been as great of a blogger as I wish I had. So, I am going to work on being better at it. I know that when I reach my goal, I'll want to go back from time to time and read about my journey. And I hope that through my own journey I can inspire others.
Today I am 52 days into my journey. 8 weeks and 3 days... In that time I have lost 27.4 pounds. Although, my official weigh in isn't until Thursday, and this past Thursday I was only down 24.8 lbs... But, that's what the scale says as of this morning. :)
Oh- I am also down 20.75 inches from all over my body as well. :)
I have been doing very well. I am happy with my results and can't wait to finally be at my goal.

End of 3 weeks..

Yesterday was the end of week 3 and the beginning of week 4.
I have lost a total of 13.6 pounds in that time.
I can't believe how strong I have been. Yes, I get tempted- but I don't give in.

I'm going strong with no plans to fail. Let's hope this continues!

Cauliflower Pizza

I have been craving pizza in a really bad way. So last night I tried out the cauliflower pizza recipe. It was so tasty!

Definitely curbed my craving.

I made a few extra crusts and threw them in the freezer so that I can make a quick and easy pizza whenever I want.

A LOT to lose

It gets discouraging. Dieting.

I say this because I have a LONG way to go.

How do you break it up? I wish I was one of 'those girls' that had like 10-20 pounds to feel secure. Heck, I wish I was only 40-50 pounds away from my goal.

I am really excited, really motivated, etc-etc-etc....

But when looking at the BIG PICTURE... It gets a little discouraging. I have a freaking LONG way to go.

I'm excited. I can do this.

I have GOT THIS!

Week One Weigh-In

I had my end of week one weigh-in yesterday morning and I am happy to report that I am down 9 lbs! I love week one so much! Why can't every week be this awesome? I'd be at my goal weight in no time!

But, in reality the weight loss will slow down. To about 1-2 pounds a week. Which is ok too.

I am just happy to be in control again. I'm so determined to get to my goal!

I carry this binder with me everywhere I go. In it I have my progress chart, menus, grocery list, journal pages, and much more. It keeps me focused and I love pulling it out every couple hours.

My goals this weekend are to get my kitchen cleaned and organized. I also want to pre-make some zucchini lasagna, cauliflower pizza, and a few other things to throw in my freezer. That way when I'm too tired to put together a meal at night I can just grab something from the freezer and bake it up.

I'm baaaaaaack!

Well hello there, old friend.

Sorry for abandoning you last August. If you hadn't noticed, I stopped my diet. Finances were tight, and I lost my motivation.

But I'm here now! And more determined than ever to push forward with my weight loss goals.
