End of 3 weeks..

Yesterday was the end of week 3 and the beginning of week 4.
I have lost a total of 13.6 pounds in that time.
I can't believe how strong I have been. Yes, I get tempted- but I don't give in.

I'm going strong with no plans to fail. Let's hope this continues!

Cauliflower Pizza

I have been craving pizza in a really bad way. So last night I tried out the cauliflower pizza recipe. It was so tasty!

Definitely curbed my craving.

I made a few extra crusts and threw them in the freezer so that I can make a quick and easy pizza whenever I want.

A LOT to lose

It gets discouraging. Dieting.

I say this because I have a LONG way to go.

How do you break it up? I wish I was one of 'those girls' that had like 10-20 pounds to feel secure. Heck, I wish I was only 40-50 pounds away from my goal.

I am really excited, really motivated, etc-etc-etc....

But when looking at the BIG PICTURE... It gets a little discouraging. I have a freaking LONG way to go.

I'm excited. I can do this.

I have GOT THIS!

Week One Weigh-In

I had my end of week one weigh-in yesterday morning and I am happy to report that I am down 9 lbs! I love week one so much! Why can't every week be this awesome? I'd be at my goal weight in no time!

But, in reality the weight loss will slow down. To about 1-2 pounds a week. Which is ok too.

I am just happy to be in control again. I'm so determined to get to my goal!

I carry this binder with me everywhere I go. In it I have my progress chart, menus, grocery list, journal pages, and much more. It keeps me focused and I love pulling it out every couple hours.

My goals this weekend are to get my kitchen cleaned and organized. I also want to pre-make some zucchini lasagna, cauliflower pizza, and a few other things to throw in my freezer. That way when I'm too tired to put together a meal at night I can just grab something from the freezer and bake it up.

I'm baaaaaaack!

Well hello there, old friend.

Sorry for abandoning you last August. If you hadn't noticed, I stopped my diet. Finances were tight, and I lost my motivation.

But I'm here now! And more determined than ever to push forward with my weight loss goals.
